I-BTL appeared on the Ukrainian integrated marketing solution market as a branch of KAS Group (known for the creation and promotion of Reemtsma's Prima-Lux cigarette brand in the late 1990's). In December 2001, I-BTL became an independent agency and at the beginning of 2002 started as an exlusive agency for Imperial Tobacco International Ltd.
In 2003 the agency started cooperating with other clients. It focuses on distribution, trade-marketing and consumer promotion.
